Return & Refund Policy
Retail Master provides software, hardware, payment devices, implementation, installation, and related business services. By purchasing, activating, installing, accessing, or using any product/service provided by Retail Master, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.
Non-Refundable Products & Services
All software, hardware, payment devices, licenses, subscriptions, onboarding charges, setup charges, installation charges, configuration charges, training charges, service charges, and support charges are strictly non-refundable.
Once any product/device/service is delivered, accepted, unboxed, activated, installed, configured, mapped, accessed, or used, it shall not be eligible for return, cancellation, or refund.
Hardware & Payment Devices
Hardware products including POS machines, printers, barcode scanners, billing machines, dynamic QR devices, soundboxes, payment devices, and related accessories are sold separately unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
Retail Master acts only as a reseller, implementation partner, or software/service provider for selected third-party hardware and payment solutions.
All warranty claims, repairs, replacements, operational support, and technical issues related to third-party hardware/payment devices shall be handled directly by the respective manufacturer/service provider as per their terms, approval, and warranty policy.
Replacement Policy
Replacement/support may be provided only for genuine manufacturing or technical defects verified and approved by the respective manufacturer/service provider.
Retail Master does not guarantee replacement approval for issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, power fluctuations, liquids, improper handling, network/provider issues, third-party software conflicts, or external environmental factors.
Transit damage, physical damage, or missing items must be reported immediately upon delivery with valid photo/video proof.
Refund Not Applicable In Cases Including But Not Limited To
- Change of mind
- Non-usage or low usage
- Business preference changes
- “Not useful” claims
- Customer expectation mismatch
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Internet/network/provider-related issues
- Delays caused by third-party providers
- Software/hardware incompatibility not confirmed before purchase
- Failure to read product specifications, quotations, invoices, terms, or policies
Limitation of Liability
Retail Master shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, business, operational, financial, or consequential loss arising from the use, non-use, malfunction, delay, suspension, or unavailability of any third-party hardware, payment device, software, gateway, network, or service provider system.
Policy Acceptance
By making payment, accepting delivery, using the product/service, or continuing usage after installation/activation, the customer confirms acceptance of this policy and all related Terms of Service available on the Retail Master website.
Retail Master reserves the right to update, modify, reject, or revise any return/refund/replacement request at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
